Default acceleration ;)

I have an 91 automatic f150 5.0. I was just wondering what can I do or install to increase my acceleration my my truck.. I just think I need it mostly when I drive in my city.. the truck only has a flowmaster n its cut off short for a louder noise.. so what you think is gud.?

I have the same truck. Since our trucks have the map sensor there isn't much we can do as far as intakes go. About the only things we can do is ignition upgrades such as higher output coil good brass terminal dizzy cap. A timing bump from the stock 10° to around 12°-14° wouldn't hurt. I'm sure on there are other things that can be done but these are commonly read about on here. Use the search function there is all kinds of interesting reading on here.
