Default ac condenser noise

yeah my ac condenser (top right on my serp belt, above my power steering pump) makes a metallic noise, it seems like the front plate is rubbing on it, i was wondering if there is a way to fix this, without getting a new condenser...

is there something that i can buy to eliminate the ac condenser all together?

I think you mean the AC compressor, condensor is in front of the rad. I had the exact same metallic sound coming from the AC clutch, the bearing was failing it took about six months before the clutch locked up. Took out the belt tensioner pulley and ac clutch all freon lost. I'd replace the clutch before it happens to you.

You can always get the ac bypass pulley, it mounts in place of the compressor and allows you to remove the compressor. They use the same mounting bracket as the compressor.
