Default About to replace core support

Hi all,

I'm about to start replacing my radiator core support. I have new a new core, bushings and some basic nuts and bolts which I was sure I'd need.

I have added some extra paint to the core support, sprayed any bolts i could see which seemed relevant with penetrating fluid and am now waiting for tomorrow morning.

Does anyone have any last minute pointers? I intend on not removing the radiator, if that's possible, but will remove it if it causes too much trouble.

Anything else is more than welcome

If you end up removing the radiator make sure you flush the system out as well, also check all of your hoses for cracks or signs of rotting.

I dont think you'll need to remove the radiator, it can just sit there with the hoses holding it up. I changed it on my truck check out my build thread for some pics (later pages)

Trickiest part is usually the headlight, marker light bolts. A couple sawzall blades might help for the 2 main bolts that mount it to the frame.
