Default !987 5.0 is compatible with what?

I've recently acquired a beat up 1987 f150 5.0 4x4 4-speed granny truck and I need a bit of info on motors in these years. The motor's showing low oil pressure, so low sometimes at warm idle to trip the check engine light, so I've already started making plans to pull the motor and replace the bearings, oil pump, and clutch in one swoop.

So that said I'm considering buying a junk motor to build up and just swap in instead. What different year 5.0 blocks are the same as mine?

1968-1997 all 302 engines are are the same. Just different intake systems. Just use flywheel\flexplate for year of engine.
