Default 96 squeak and grind

I hope I'm posting in the right section, I am using my phone. I have a 96 f150, 5 speed with the 4.9. I have 160,000 miles with 2g on new clutch. The problem I'm having is when I accelerate I hear this squeaky grind noise. It's usually when going from a dead stop and I hear it more in 1st and 2nd gear then any others, but have heard it in 3rd. It sounds like it might be coming from the rear, but I could be wrong. If I let off the gas, no sound. If I let of the gas and hold clutch down and rev the motor, still no sound. It's only when accelerating. The noise gets faster and louder the more the wheels rotate( go figure ). This started about 2 weeks ago, however. About a week after it started we got a bad rain, I live in Virginia beach, I came across a pretty flooded road and went threw the water causing a big splash, but the noise stopped for a few hours, if tht helps. I tow a 6x12 trailer once a week with my landscape equipment in case that question comes up. I tryed to be as specific as possible. I'm pretty good with mechanics but suck a diagnosing the problem. Thanks

I don't think the clutch is related. It sounds like brake pads squeaking/dragging. I only say that because of the water splashing making it stop for a while. Also at lower speeds disc brakes make more noise, especially if they're glazed.

I've checked around the brakes, and there about 3 months old, even the drums. I did notice my ball joints are getting bad, could tht be a possible issue with the sound, also I am pretty sure my front wheel bearings are about at there limit.
