ive recently put a brand new starter on my truck and went out today to start it you can hear the starter spinning but its not turning the motor over what could be doing this it the second new starter thats been put on im stumped on whats doing this

 

The usual suspects are the starter solenoid, not shimmed right, or missing teeth in the flywheel/flexplate.
