Default 95 F150 Sitting on 31s

Okay, so when I got the truck it had 31s on it. I was just wondering what the stock size is? I cannot find it I have tried the internet but I don't see it. I also want to know, since I have 31s on the truck, do I need to have a steering stabilizer on it? I ask because the steering wheel does seem to have some play in it and I am not sure if it could be something like that. I am completely new to trucks.

Also, any help to lessen the play in the steering wheel is appreciated. It has a little too much for me and I feel like I am going to crash driving it. It is probably about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inch play to both sides.

Stock is 235/75/15 and it should say that on your door jam sticker. There's a nut on top of your steering box to take the slack out of your steering! Loosen the jam nut and screw in the center bolt a half turn then tighten the jam nut and test it.

if doing what CADeBot said doesnt work, or doesnt completely fix the problem, i would start looking at your front end components. i.e ball joints, tie rod ends, things like that. also taking your truck in to a shop to get an alignment done could do the trick as well. and i say could because, it just as well may not. i've had it go both ways with my trucks. but more often than not, it will help, even if only a little bit
