Default '95 5.0 bogging down

hey yall, been a while. heres the problem ive been going through..
ever since i have had this problem, i have had to keep the truck parked so this is kinda important that i try to fix it. so when i start the truck up, it idles rough. when i try to give it gas or accelerate when in drive, it takes a while for it to want to bring it up to rpms and up to speed. when in drive it doesnt go over around 30 and it takes forever to even get up to that. what i have noticed is that when i put the accelerator to the floor it bogs down a lot then i pull back and it will stop bogging down and seems to want to accelerate a little bit. i will try to upload a video of what i mean, but any help would be appreciated. i have talked to a ford repair man that is a family friend, and he said that it was probably the egr valve and that the cat is clogged, i have taken the cat off so it is running off of the manifolds but it is still acting up, same problem. i havent checked the egr valve yet but it doesnt seem like it would be the problem. i need some help yall...

almost sounds like the TPS sensor is out. also it wouldn't hurt to make sure your throttle body is clean.

here are two videos about what i am talking about, the dark one that you can barely see what is happening is just a walk around the engine bay to hear the noise at an idle. this is with all of the exhaust still intact (sounds like it is open headers but this is the actual problem, with everything still bolted up) the second video shows the battery guage dropping low when the rpms decide to drop (the problem) but when i give it some gas, the guage comes back to proper level, it could be the same problem or something different.

uploader is being difficult so here are the links

57,
Yes, pull the codes.
Have you ever changed the fuel filter? Or checked the fuel pressure? From what you describe it sounds like a fuel delivery problem.

Just my 2 cents
