Question 95 150 clutch problems

At wits end with this problem...I have a 95 f-150 5speed. (bad clutch).
Replaced the master cylinder, slave cylinder and put a new pressure plate and disc in. Clutch worked fine for a few months then the pedal went to the floor. Bled the clutch and worked fine for couple weeks, then the same problem occured....bled clutch again, then again....until I gave up and hoped the master cylinder was faulty. Replaced the mc, bled it and ended up with the same problem. Any suggestions as what to do??? There are no visible leaks and when the clutch pedal goes to the floor the master cylinder doesn't require fluid.
Thanks John

sounds like either the line isnt holding as in the O-rings or the hydraulic bearing...
