Default 94 windsheild washer problem

Hi, the windsheild washer on my 94 has never worked since Ive had it. If I push the lever in to actuate it all I hear is a clicking sound from under the center of the dashboard inside the cab. Not a sound under the hood. The washer unit seems to be located right behind the front DS headlight. I can see the plug that plugs in right under the resovoir. Is that the actual pump? Built into the resovoir like that? Does the clicking mean that my fuse is probably ok? I guess the next step is to check for 12v at the plug at the pump, right? Is this a common thing on these trucks?

Ok, so Ive discovered that there is 12v at the pump connector. Do I have to replace the whole plastic resovoir thing or does the pump come out to just replace it alone?

Yup, figured it out. Picked up the pump this afternoon and installed it in about 10 minutes. One of the nozzles squirts a bit oddly but I think I can clear it out.
