Default 94 5.0 Problems

I have a 94 f150 i recently bought as a fixer upper big plans for her but first things first. I am having problems it first happened driving down the highway i had been driving it around some mostly about 40 mph and then i got it up to 70 and let off the gas when i pressed the gas again and it just like sputtered and wouldn't accelerate its done it several times since then every time i press the gas and it sputters jolts a little you let off the gas it goes a little press the gas again and it sputters and won't go and then if you floor it it might die. I got the codes read and it said o2 sensor and ignition module so i replaced the ignition module haven't gotten to the o2 sensor yet. The tranny does have some little problems it definitely is jolting and might slip a little. i plan on replacing it. But my question is what could it be hahah please help.

A fuel filter, and a tune up goes a very long ways. Kinda sounds like she aint getting the amount of fuel it needs to run the motor when you floor it or step it down.

Also, check the plastic vacuum lines. If the line going to the fuel pressure regulator is leaking it can cause it to act really strange intermittently.

There are so many different things that could cause a driveability problem like that that there's no way we can give you a definitive answer. So when you say first things first, in my opinion, the first things should be

Plugs, cap, rotor, air filter, fuel filter, drain and refill coolant, change the oil & filter, change that O2 sensor, then check all the vacuum lines and repair if necessary.

Then disconnect the battery and step on the brake a few times to get rid of residual power in the system. This will reset the ECU. Then go drive it and see if the problem is still there. Then check for any codes.
