looks like 95-96 EB seats or ford explorer seats with home made wood trim (looks a lil shotty to be the stuff you buy online) and some aftermarket steps. since it has power windows/locks and what not it was probably a XLT to start with.

I second XLT. And I have seen those seats in Explorers. It's custom, but not Custom trim. It appears to be a customized XLT.

it's not, but it looks like someone tried to make a Mark III out of it, does it have a wood over head console?

it does have a wood overhead console...
Could this be an XLT Lariat?

well if it does then it might well be a Mark III conversion, just has different rims on it, and a cheap center console put in, I just looked at your pictures again, and you have a leather wrapped wheel, that is top of the line right there, either a fully equipped XLT or a lariat, with the MarkIII conversion on it. (woodtrim, woodoverhead, and the fender/runningboards)
