Ok 44 is the themactor malfunctioning. But it looks like you fixed that. Make sure it is actually working. Because that can cause 41 always lean. If the code is correct you probably won't pass the stiffer test. Check for vacuum leaks because you just worked with the vacuum lines. Id use a vacuum gauge as well. Then check fuel pressure your o2 sensor and your map sensor.

Thanks Warlockk for your help.Fuel pressure is good.I dont have a dvom or meter to check o2 and map.I check the smog pump it's ok.No vacuum leaks. The vacuum coming from intake to map has good pressure. So checked for codes again got 42 allways rich.I forgot to put vacuum back on map,so I think that the o2 is good or working right anyway.Put vacuum back on code 41 again.I check timing for the heck of it off just alittle adjusted it,check again ,passed.Checked 3 times all passed.Timing off code 41?Off tomorrow to see if it will pass. Thanks again.

How many miles on your O2 sensor? Just because it can ID an over rich condition doesn't mean it's accurately reading throughout it's sensing range.
