when i start the engine withe the idle control pluged in the rpms raise to 2k and slowly drop to like 1.1k i read to clean it that didnt help i tried unpluging sensors but did nothing any ideas when i have it unpluged the truck idles at around 700 (its a manual transmission) i dont think it could be the sensor unless its just bad meaning it doesnt get stuck its soleniod could be working improper no idea can any one give me an idea of what im dealing with
