Default 8 lug
So I bought a set of wheels off a buddy an there 8 lug. Just wondering if anyone knows of a Kit or if a rotor off a 250 will fit on a 96 f150.

You will need a complete 250\350 rear, and you will need 250\350 front rotors and brakes to use 8 lug rims. There are no adapters to do the conversion.
