5 volt pin?
Hey all. I have a 95 F-150 Centurion. AT, 4x4, 90K miles on new engine (208K on the rest of the truck).
I've done the whole KOEO and the engine running test....
I've posted the codes somewhere else (the thread eludes me at the moment) and got the answers I needed....
Now, it's become evident that I need to find this "5v Pin" on the ECM.
Where the cripes is it (the pin, NOT the PCM. I know where the ECM is) and is the 5v an input or an output?
Thanks for any and all replies.

It probably depends on which diagnostic routine your running through. I would guess your most likely looking for the 5v vref that ak referenced. Which is probably coming out of the PCM, in which case a pin chart for the PCM connector is what's needed here. I can get one for a 90 but it might not be the same or you could google the image and see if it comes up, watch out, NSA is watching. Also someone else might have one here.
Here it is, looks like pin 26. Viewer number 56 goes on to the bonus round!!!! Yeaaaaaa!!! Found it with a google image search in about 5 minutes. The image data said it was for a 95 f150. But,,, its the internet, buyer beware. It should be correct though.
Now. Vref is a voltage output of the PCM that goes to all the sensors the PCM is looking at, to put them in a steady electronic state, so depending on which sensor your headed towards we can get the connector chart for that sensor and determine which pin should have the 5v your looking for.
