The blue 15 amp fuse keeps blowing and the 30 amp relay I found dead. I found a manual online and the 15 amp fuse is for back-up lamps, daytime running lamp module, oxygen sensor heater, trailer battery charge relay. Couldn't find that specific relay in the manual.

Those two relays only come with the factory tow package, so they have something to do with braking, lights, etc... for trailers. Have you tried pulling the relays and seeing if the fuse still blows? If the relay is stuck on it could be pulling 30amps continuously which would cause the fuse to blow.

The one relay with red arrow I replaced with a new one. I've pulled a trailer once before and lights and everything worked. Since I've replaced it haven't tried replacing the 15 amp fuse yet.

Just tried a new 15 amp fuse. I first turned to accessory didn't blow it but once I started the truck it blew then.

Those two relays feed a 7 way rv plug. Most travel trailers do not have a reverse lighting package and that line is usually left unused on the trailer side connector, but still powered in reverse on the truck side. The charging line is generally used for the trailer battery or auxiliary equipment. Mine feeds the trailer battery. If you have a 7 way rv plug, test all connections. If not, there should be a spot behind the rear bumper to plug in a 7 way. Find the connector and test all leads for short.

DId you ever figure it out. I have the same problem, I even disconnected the harness plug at the fuse box in the engine bay and it still blows as soon as the ingnition is turned on (not started) Fuse E is a purple wire with orange stripe on 95 F150 XLT. Must be in the fuse box itself EVERYTHING downstream in disconnected.
