Default 5.0 intake torque sequence?

With all the f150's out there i thought this would be easier to find online.

What are the torque specs and tightening sequence for a 95 5.0 upper & lower intake manifold?

23-25 ft/lbs torque spec for the lower

12-18 ft/lbs for the upper from the middle bolts to the outer ones.

One more question. Is there a proper sequence for the upper manifold bolts? Or just start in the center and work my way outwards? I've managed to find a 50/50 split of comments saying it doesn't matter/does matter but never lists a sequence.

Its just barely hand tight so I don't think it would affect it too much but working from the middle out you would be safest.

As a rule of thumb you should tighten anything from center out unless instructed otherwise by the manufacture. Especially on aluminum.
