4x4 dash light comes on while driving
I have a 1993 Bronco 5.0L with the electronic transfer case. I was driving tonight and the 4x4 light on the selector button suddenly turned on at about 1/4 brightness but the second idiot 4x4 dash light didn't shine. I don't believe the transfer case tried to engage. I pulled into a parking lot and didn't hear any grinding while making turns.
I had to drive 30 more miles home and the light would go on and off every 10 minutes or so. I didn't here any weird grinding noises or experience stiff steering either. Anyone else have this issue? I need this as a daily driver so I'm considering installing Warn Premium Manual hubs to prevent my t-case from grenading at 70mph.

So I just checked this morning off of pavement. My t-case still works fine, I can go into and out of 4x4 and both idiot lights come on at full brightness. This is still a little disconcerting though
I have the same problem with my 94 F150. Thinking it's just something in the switch, but I haven't been able to find a new switch anywhere.
Thanks for the post, because looking at your pic I noticed that the 4x4 and low range on the switch are supposed to light up green. Mine never did since I hot the truck so I know I have switch issues.
