4wd front lowering question.

Default 4wd front lowering question.

yeah I know lowering a 4wd...well i dropped it 2" in the front,how can I make the toe in and toe out right?do I have to get 2wd ibeams?my transfer case is out.have a 2wd tranny in it.still have the front 4wd ibeams.and its a 93 f150 5.0 if that matters

First off, are you making a 4wd street truck, or are you in the process of a conversion? To answer your question (since I've lowered my own 2wd truck) you can get adjustable camber bushings from the auto parts store. Around here, they're around 36 bucks a pop. To best figure this out, if you know a guy into racecars or has a camber measuring doohicky ( ha ha I know) see how far out you are roughly. When I dropped mine I was off roughly 2 1/2*. You can get 2-3* adjustable bushings from the store...good luck.

im doin a 4wd to 2wd conversion.i only have the i beams and knuckles and everything to go along with it.

I know this is a little too late, but I am just curious. Did you ever put an add on on craigs or something to trade a 4wd for 2wd? just bc that would have saved you the trouble and around here (I mean where I live but most likely this forum as well) people would have jumped on that.
