I just bought spring to lift the front of my truck and getting blocks for the back what all will I have to change on the truck it 1992 f150

If you are going with the F250 coil spring switch, you won't see much of a difference, maybe 1.5" or so.

But, going over 3" you will probably need to extend your steering column, brake lines the lower radiator hose (or lower your radiator) Some other stuff that I can't remember right now.

Steering column and radiator mods, wouldn't that be only for body lifts?

Derr lol. I only had half of my coffee gone by then You are right, only applies to a body lift

Make sure your lift comes with twin i beam drop down brackets. Longer brake lines are extremely recommended. Oh, and larger tires.

i put a 4in lift on mine and didnt have to change a thing so idk what people are saying bout break lines you wont need to change anything i bought my le=ift its a tuff country ez ride it was like 500 including all shocks
