Default 4" rough country

I'm on a mobile apparently and it's not letting me search this. I have a 95 f150 2wd. The kit comes with just about everything. My question is will o need to get extended brake lines? Also what is everyone doing for the positive camber afterwards? It also said something about a drop swaybar bracket. I'm on vacation and can't see if my truck has it.

Are there any specific camber bushings I need? I saw some on ebay and they are 60-70 some bucks. That seems a little high to me

Does the lift not come with a drop down mounting cradle for the I beams and radius arms? I was under the impression the camber bushings would only work for up to about 2"...

Go to Napa for adjustable camber bushings. 16 bucks a side except for the 0-4 degree bushing which are 40 each
