Default 35s

Whats up guys I got a question! I plan on putting 35 12.5 15 on my 94 its got 160k and 3.55 gears how do you guys think it will turn them? Gas mileage? Swap gears? Just want all your thoughts.

your going to want to swap gears. it will drive ok lots of guys have them and stock gears( i'm running 3.55's as gears with my 35's) but i notice a big loss in power compared to my 33's and it is tremendous loss from the stock tire size.

I just went through the same thing you are. I put the 35's on and thought I would be OK with it. It wasn't the lack of power so much as it was the constant gear changes and downshifting out of overdrive that got to me. I put 4:10's in and I couldn't be happier.

yeah that too, i've got a 4speed and anytime i've got the 35's on and in 4th and i let off the gas i've got to throw it down to third. my right arm and left leg are built now lol

Ok I forgot its a 5.0 and automatic as well.... And im not going to be doing any wheelin really ... Just street driving mostly

then your really going to want to regear if you plan on driving everywhere.

How much different is fords diff from a gm one? Im sort of familiar with gm
