Default 351 running poorly

i have a 1995 f150 with a 351 it is missing once it gets up to operating temp and then it shakes at 40-45 mph i tried to pull the codes on it and all i got was the system pass.not sure where to go from here
any help is appreciated. thanks

My old truck did something like that, I had the injectors tested and one of them was shot. you could have test your injectors, when was the last time it had a tune up? (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, filters ect??)

it had a full tuneup a year and 20000 miles ago how do you test the injectors

Possibly you EGR valve stuck open or closed. Forgot which way it goes when cold and hot. It would cause a vaccum leak
