I put 32 on my trick yesterday and now they are rub on my a arm when I have to turn hard how to fix it

jack it up or go with smaller tires. i think if you get f250 front springs it should clear the 32s

If it rubs on the a arm, a lift won't fix it. How wide are your tires? There's a steering stop screw on the arm you can adjust, but good luck moving that thing. Are you sure it's the a arm and not the bumper? I ran 33's on my f150 and it rubbed the bumper until I shaved some off. I run 32's on my bronco an it's not even close to rubbing

the proper lift will.
