Default 2 questions

First off I just bought a 90 f150 4x4 5 sp man 3 in body lift and have a few issues I'd like to work out

1) when your going down the road every now and the the transfer case will kick into neutral and when you go to down shift in 3rd it will sometimes pop out is this a linkage problem because of the body lift or more like needing to rebuild transmission and transfer case

2) How difficult is it to install a leveling kit on these trucks I did one on my 07 and was fairly simple but not sure with the twin I beam suspension

Pull the boot for the shifters and see if the shift levers come into contact with any parts of the cab....it's possible the lift was done without trimming the shifter holes. A levelling kit is cake work. Not quite as easy as one on the 05-ups but still pretty easy.
