1996 f150 rear diff?
my 96 f-150 looks like the rear end had been slid over about an inch, just got it and was wondering if this can be hit back in place?the drivers side rear outer axle case(which has a pretty good dent in it) seems to be wanting to seperate from the diff, the three plugs that are missing on the side were it seems to be wanting to slide out and has a rust mark to show how much its moved?the three plugs are still in on the other side.are these plugs repaceable?there is a slight leak where the plugs are missing but not so much a steady drip, more like smudge, and where can i get these plugs. any help. still drives,no noise. just dont want it to seperate on the highway. noticed it while i removed my bed to do a fuel pump(front one)on the count of the rear tank filling the front tank? or maybe a check valve or both..............this is why i swear at my fords...but in the end i always win. any help? thanks Earl
I'm trying to picture this in my mind but have no idea what your talking about. Try and take some pictures and put them on here. I don't think anyone is gonna be able to help much without them.
