I need to replace my balancer. Unfortunately the 96 OBDII has the reluctor/tone ring. Is there a suitable aftermarket balancer that has a ring? I cannot find one. If not, what are you guys with the 96 doing for a damper and crank sensor?

 

There is one on Rock Auto for a 96. I'm not sure if it's the right one or not but it's pricey as hell. I recently bought one for my 94 5.0 and it was a little over $100.

 

DO NOT get the SKP from RockAuto, Had to get one from AutoZone after mine hairline cracked. $110 out the door.
