Default 1995 Supercab Sub Box???

I'm looking to put a sub in my truck but cant find a box that will fit in the truck. Its a 95 Supercab and cant find anyone that makes one specifically for the truck. Does anyone know where I can find one? Or has anyone made one for their truck? I was thinkin about making my own but not sure where to put it. Under back seat, under center front seat or in passenger footwell.

Thanks for the help

ive considered the same thing. i was thinking under the rear seat, i think i would try to remove the panel on the bottom of the seat for extra space for it

Default What I currently have

I have a Kicker Box, http://www.dealercostcaraudio.com/im...productId=9178

Right now, the kick is good but not really as deep as I would like it to be...

This doesn't take up my space and I have in front of the bench in the rear. There are no boxes that you can buy for our truck. An idea is that you could cut out the side of the paneling next to the bench but there isn't much space.

What I've been thinking about doing is making a custom box that stands with a piece of ply from the floor for the vents up and over the bench in the middle with the sub facing the ceiling. Essentially creating an upside down chair without legs... understand?

That seems to me the best way to get a good kick because it's the only way to fit a deep box.

i have a great spot i did this and it works. i have 2 L7 kickers in a box what i did was remove the center console and made a carpeted custom box in its place, it looks as if it belong there from the factory the carpet on the sub box matches the floor. when people sit in my truck they look all around and say Damn where is all that bass coming from? lol

This is my box, it houses a 10" Kicker L7 subwoofer, it packs plenty of punch

Looks like crap atm though, i'm having trouble finding carpet that matches the trucks carpet :s

The subwoofer faces the floor of the truck.

i would say under the backseat would be best, it would stay hidden and out of the way, now i cant find a spot to put one in my standard cab, no room under the seat, and i can only fit a shallow mount behind the seat, which cost bout twice as much as a regular sub and my box will only be a few inches thick but like 4 foot long in order to get the "proper" air space the sub needs

hey thanks for all the responses. Think i'm gona cut a hole in the bottom of the back seat and mount the subs in the seat with the magnet hangin down under the seat and box in the bottom. Gona either put one 10" dual voice coil or 2 regular subs. Will post a pick once its done. Still love to see some other mountings if you have em...might wana change my gameplan lol

What are the dementions of your sub box? And where did you place your amp?
