Default 1993 f150 having missing problem

My 1993 f150 has had a miss in it. I took all the spark plugs out they all look great. Except number 8 cylinder the spark plug is black and was kinda wet. Idk what the problem is. Can it be a burnt valve or bad injector plz help. Truck is daily driver

First would be to make sure it's even firing. Wire cap or plug could be bad.
A compression tester would tell you if the valves are sealing.

I did check to see if its firing. Its getting fire. But my exhaust does have like ticking noise. People has told me that means i have a burnt valve . You cant hear it in the engine bay. Do you guys think its a burnt valve. But im gonna run a compression test

If you get a low reading, squirt a few drops of oil in and test it again. That'll help temporarily seal bad rings.
If the compression jumps up with the 'wet test' the rings are a problem. If it's still low, that would probably be a valve.
