One of the reasons I'm waiting on parts. I don't like how far the poly radius arm bushings push the arm forward. They also don't seem to fit the arm right. Everything about them says they fit but they don't appear to. I didn't want poly anyway so I'm waiting on stock replacements to come in now.

At least the pivot bushings fit and went in without much issue. Won't need to do those again for quite some time I hope.

Subscribed. Nice build man. I also have a 1990 reg cab long bed. I will be pulling the front apart soon as well. I have the straight axle stuff about 80 percent. Not sure if it is the route I want to take yet.

Thanks, I thought about going with a straight axle when I first got the truck and a couple times after but honestly for how I use the truck the TTB is a better option for me. Just depends on personal preference and how you use your truck.

It is, its one of those things that some people don't seem to get.

I have even thought of tracking down a '78 or '79 frame so I can keep the straight axle idea but not have to lift my truck the minimum 4 inches on the '90 frame to clear the axle. So many options, prolly best to do what you are doing and just rebuild whats under it. I already did a 3.73 gear swap with a limited slip in the rear. I have the 3.73 for the front that were going to go into the straight axle but will most likely go into the TTB front end. Then once I get the proper lift kit I will redo the front end bushings and I hope then it rides a lot better then the spacer lift the PO put on it. Not to mention I have some surlastic shackles for the rear that were for another truck that I believe will fit I just need to get some new hardware as mine is rusted.
