Default 1971 302 block

I picked up a 1971 302 block a week ago for nearly nothing. The block is in excellent shape and it was bought from a friend of mine. It will be a project engine to put in my 1990 F150. I am having problems finding a camshaft that will work with fuel injection. The 1980's and newer 302s were high output so the camshafts are different. Most of the camshafts that are supposed to be computer compatable are rated 1985 and newer. Someone told me I might be able to use a newer 351 cam. However, I don't want to use a stock cam, I want one with a higher RPM band because I don't plan on towing very much with it. I need a cam that will work with a stock 1990 302 or 351 PCM.

Any help will be appreciated.

Also, I will post pics of the block soon.

They do sell roller conversion kits, i'd recommend that so you can run any newer style cam.
