Whenever I turn the key forward the fuel pump keeps priming and the relay keeps clicking. And among all this the check engine light is flashing. But I can't check the codes because this is causing the check engine light to flash

Bad ECU or wiring.

Really hoping you weren't going to say that lol. But thanks. As far as wiring goes, is there anything inparticular I should check?

Was it really rebuilt or just a "spray and pray rebuild"? Open it up and see if the three capacitors are leaking. Very common failure mode and any real rebuilder would always replace these.

I'm assuming so. I picked it up from advance auto parts. I already took that one back and ill be picking up another ecu tonight. I used bwd before. This time it'll be a cardone ecu. Ill update once I get the ecu in tonight
