Default 95 f150 engine issue help

Have a 95 and keep getting code for tps l9w voltage and engine starts stalling and back firing. Replace tps sencer and still having issue when it is above 100 deg. Out side. No vacuum leaks found. Any one have idea.

Maybe run a bypass on the throttle body warming lines (coolant line) if you think heat is making an issue.

how would I run a bypass. there is a coolant line running to throttle body

Coolant line in, coolant line out. Just get a piece of hose long enough to go from one connection to the other without going through the throttle body.

Only cost a couple bucks to try. If it still acts up, test your TPS while it's hot enough to act up. That'll tell you if the TPS is faulty, or the feed or ground are at fault.

Just check with a volt meter or test light

Tap the TPS voltage with a voltmeter. Then slowly open then close the throttle. You should see the voltage slowly rise then slowly fall. If it does anything other than that then the TPS is bad.
