I used to have the Airlift 5k kit on my f150. I was not happy with how long the bags lasted. The rubber bags have metal tops. They rusted out and leaked after 5 years. This was a few years back so they have probably changed them by now. I even painted the metal parts with poor/50 after they started to rust but it did not help.

Not really much to show since it just returns the truck to it's normal stance. For pics of the install, the interwebs are full of them...

My post was not meant in sarcasm. With no air, they squat as far as the trailer pushes the back of the truck down. With no trailer and no air, the stance is the same. With 5000 lb lift capacity, even with the trailer, I can raise the back end 4" at the wheel well.
A picture really only shows how much air pressure someone has in them.
