Default Exaust manifold

I'm pretty sure my manifold is leaking . Does anyone have any tips/ suggestions on changing the gasket manifold ?

Do the intake and exhaust, the one piece gasket is better. If you use the two piece you risk breaking the intake ears because of the different depths.

do it sooner rather than later, the leaking exhaust can wear the block and a gasket wont fill it

when you try to loosen em? or because of the leak? neither should happen unless they have been over torqued or cross threaded in the past and def not because of the leak unless it was due to some kind of impact like a car accident
