I just stick to emailing him, he kept me informed. Yes there was some wait time, only had one on hand and had to wait for ridgid to make another, it was not like I need them NOW! They are simply plug and play. Took about 1/2hr to install both

I want to say Im really impressed with the light output, they simply over come my driving lights by far. The OEM foglights simply look like sentry lights. Pic don't do justice

left r-series, right factory yes I still had to adjust em.

We have new ones we are more than willing to part with lol

I just ordered all new Rigid lights for my own truck (40" RDS, 20" E Series and Dual 10" SR Series)
