You should not have a hot spot actually... the 194 bulbs are better then other bulbs i've tried that have that 360 degree going on.

HP5 for 194 bulbs, XP80 for the 3157 you are talking about

I personally don't stock the XP80 because they are $90 bulbs, but I stock the 194's... anything I don't stop I drop ship from Diode Dynamics, they ship usually within 24 hours of an order being placed.
