No Problem! Anytime!

Feel free to read the label in those LED lights and brush up on your knowledge of Halogen housings!

Glad I could help!

If the LEDs "burnout" do you have to replace with the full $140 conversation kit or are you able to just replace the light part?

So? Are your LED lights DOT compliant in Halogen housings?

None are. Just like pnp hid and technically even retrofits are not.

You can replace just the LED bulb. If your LED burns out within the warranty period I always send a bulb AND a ballast, so that you can replace them as a pair because it's tough to diagnose if it's a bad bulb OR ballast. So you get a new bulb AND ballast if one of the items fails. I'd rather cover all the bases then have someone first try a bulb to learn it's a ballast or the other way around.

Ya know what's funny. The guy who posted this topic originally, 2008_XL, used to battle against me ALL THE TIME on another forum (f150online). He was constantly saying how bad LED's were/etc...

He bought a kit (with the understanding I'd give him a 100% money back return if he was not happy in any way).

Not only was he happy, he's gone on to tell OTHERS about how wonderful the lights are.

Sooo what I'm saying is... would you like to try out a pair and if you are not happy, you get your money back? That's how much I believe in this product. They don't blind oncoming drivers and until you try a set for yourself, you'll never believe that.

I used to be just like you. I guarantee you haven't tried a higher end set or seen them in action.

I personally used my girlfriends car and tested for any glare coming from my truck at many different angles and distances. There was no more than the halogen produced.

No need to be that guy. Show some proof that specific lights in this thread produce glare. Otherwise your words mean nothing.

Also, DOT approved, doesn't matter in my state. My sylvania zevo leds in my tails, reverse and front turn signals are also not DOT approved. Again, who cares.

Your argument is boring. Get some facts or actually test the leds in question before you think you know it all.

See...now this response is a lot better than the "thanks for dropping by" reply you made earlier.

As a vendor I expect a little more if you want to establish your credibility. Unfortunately you lost me.

I buy what I want and need from factory, I have the factory HIDs...when it comes to lighting most should.

I am also one of a growing number of motorists who is getting fed up with all the non compliant after factory headlights blinding me on highways.

As you should be.

Unfortunely, most of those that blind you are the cheap $50 eBay kits. There's a difference between high end kits and low end kits.

Again, I think you're upset about all the cheap kits that blind you. I was in your exact shoes.

These however, are different but you're lumping them into the same category without having seen them for yourself.
