percent of payload to be used on a daily basis
Although I've spent who knows how much time on this forum, this is my first post.
I was wondering how much of your payload should you be using on a daily basis? What brings this up is my old work van was a 05 E350. Something tore appart in the lower end of the motor....so here comes the new van! Oh wait...its an E150 with the 4.6. My daily load of tools and stock is probably right at 1500 LBS plus my big ***. With sevral hundred pounds more on a somewhat regular baisis. The payload on an E150 is right around 3200 LBS. My daily drive is an hour each way (if im at one place all day) vast majority DC stop and go city traffic. So is this thing going to fall appart on me way faster than it should? Thanks in advance for the help!

I loaded it up over the weekend. It probably has more like 2k- 2250lbs in it with the 4.6. It sags in the rear. I moved a bunch of the weight towards the front and it helped with the sagging a little. I figured it would do the job but considering all the other HVAC service vans around are e250 or 350s it might have an issue having the same load in a e150.
