Is this my trans cooler
I just got a 2008 lariat screw and trying to figure it out. So is this the trans cooler at the bottom? The truck has 3.73 gears, a 7 pin round and 4 pin blade trailer light adapter.

Yes. There was only one tow pkg available for normal F-150s back in 2008. The Max tow pkg was introduced in the 2011 models.
If your F-150 has the heavy duty payload pkg (HDPP) then your tow package might be different than the regular F-150s. The HDPP included weird 7-lug wheels, so if you have those wheels then your tow pkg might be different.
