Wow, this is getting way off topic. My point and bottom line is that I suggested he get a CUSTOM tune using SCT. Why SCT over any others? Well cause there the best in Ford tuning and being as 99.9% of the tuners that tune out trucks use it he would have the option of going to a different tuner if he wanted.

It doesn't matter if PHP custom tunes edges, If he decided to go to a different tuner he would have to buy a SCT cause not all of our tuners custom tune edge.

My examples of a off the shelf tune was just that, an example. They all are available with off the shelfs tunes SCT includes but I suggest custom, that's all I was doing.

I never knocked anybody, not sure what has your panties in a bunch. I never named a tuner or knocked any products. All I stated was facts, and the fact is SCT is the best tuning devise for our trucks. Period! So to the OP, disregard the nonsense KingRanch4Life has said. Do you own research to decide who you would like to tune your truck. Almost all the big name F150 tuners use SCT, let me rephrase that almost all big name Ford tuners use SCT.

Your also giving advise to a person based off your experience with a totaling different truck than your PHP Edge Tuned "Beast"

I actually have the same truck, same motor and experience working on the same truck as the OP, so I'd say your opinion is invalid.
