Default 2013 FX4 - My first truck

Thanks for stopping by to check out my build! There is not much here yet but I hope to have consistent updates as there are a bunch of things I want and am excited to do! I have been modifying cars for the last 6 years and this is my 14th vehicle at age 25 lol. I've had an fd rx7, rx8, 2 miatas, a mazdaspeed 3, bmw 135i, some civics, a prelude, a crx, 3 motorcycles, my mustang gt, and now my 2013 FX4!

Anyways, enough about the past...I picked up my truck last thursday night and so far I've installed LED interior lights, eagle eyes tail lights, & black&red badging.

the day after buying her..

welcome but nooooooo to the anzo headlights. you have a great set already, don't downgrade. now that's all IMO and it's your truck but you have factory HID projectors.

They make a set that accommodates for factory HIDs and will have the same light output as I have now, I mostly just want the DRL lightbar that the anzo has, a nice looking DRL is huge for me and something like just adding halos to stock lights don't look very good to me.

those headlights are known to fail and produce condensation. with the amount of rain Houston usually gets, you may have a headache from them. to me it cheapens the look of the truck and i remember the days of the ricer look.

If you do go that route, I will take the factory lights off your hands. Truck looks sharp!

I say go for the headlights a quick run round with a little silicon wouldn't hurt any if they are known to leak

Looks good! I'm in the same boat as you except I'm twice as bad... 33 vehicles and I'm only 26! I like to think of it as more of a hobby than a problem. I don't do drugs, smoke or drink, so this is where I spend my money haha. I've had 6 Silverado's, 5 Rams, 7 Mustangs, 6 motorcycles, and a little bit of everything in between.

I bought a 2016 super crew FX4 back in April (first F150!), I can't wait to do a build thread on mine!
