I am just going to say this to take some blame off the shipper and give advice. I worked for UPS for years. Idk which company shipped ur box. Anyway. The internal employees u don't see that work for these shipping companies do not give a ***** about ur stuff. Unless u r a pro at packaging the damage to that box could happen to anyone. They will toss a hundred pound box on top of a 2 pound box. They r worked like slaves. I've seen the most well boxed items get destroyed. On the other hand ur box did look halfass done.

I received my NFab bars around Christmas at 9:30pm from UPS with both ends of the box busted open and a lopsided box. One end was retaped up and the other was wide open. When I opened my front door to get the box, my bars were sticking 2 feet outside of one end of the box! Both of my bars were chipped at the end (touched up with paint later).
