Magnaflow true duel performance exhaust (installed), Roush CAI (in mail), 73mm throttle body (in mail) and I have 3.73 gears. Sorry for all the questions, im just REALLY excited!
I'm not sure how much power the roush intake adds but there was a big increase in bottom end torque. I was surpised as I didn't expect any gains.

This is the first CAI I have had. I can't believe the sound difference. One of the reasons I named my truck what I did.

It's pretty awesome isn't it? I didn't expect it to be as loud as it is. At WOT the intake noise makes my door cards rattle. Never did before. I'm curious to know what an exhaust sounds like on this engine.

I have the 6.2 but heard one on a 3.7 it sounded good. If you put exhaust on it get it tuned also.

Ya I've seen your videos of your truck. Your engine sounds mean. No exhaust for me, I had a heavily modified VW with an audi 1.8T and after 5 years of listening to a loud exhaust I'm done with it. Will definitley be getting a tune. The 3.7 is in need of extra torque.

yeah i sure miss it man.Is your truck single cab? If it is u might see a mid 14. When I got my 14.8 I only had a tune an a custom cai.(just stock a k&n on the end of the pipe). And a I had 3.55 gears. When u do run make sure u have very low fuel so less weight. Keep me tuned in

So has anyone had any issues with thier 3.7? Mines brand new so nothing yet. Heard about a transmission issue for some of the newer F150's.

The only problem I have (haven't mentioned it to the service dept. yet) is that on rare occasions it dies out after I pull off from a cold start. And of course it only does it when it's in a slight turn. I have no idea what it could be, and it's so rare I'm sure the sevice folks could never make it happen while it's at the shop. Never does it when it's warm, so I'm not that concerned right now.

Most impressive to me is the way the 3.7 holds gear when going uphill. You would think a smaller V6 would instantly kick down a gear when it sensed an incline. It holds 5th gear just as long, if not longer, than my GM 5.3 V8 did.
I love the modernness of it. The TI-VVT gives it V8 characteristics.

I'm quite anxious to get my trailer and 4 wheeler hooked up to this thing. Lots of good reviews about towing with this V6 monster.
