Unhooking The Battery For A Leveling Kit?
I installed my 2.5" leveling kit today on my 2011 ecoboost installation went good, but I found out later that I was supposed to unhook the battery to reset the electric steering. Have a lot of peolpe had a problem with this? Now Im nervous I haven't driven it other than to turn it around in the driveway but I don't want it to clunk any thoughts?

Unhooking the battery during the install isn't to reset the EPAs. It's to kill power to the EPAs when you are whacking the knuckles with a BFH to seperate the upper ball joints from the spindles. A few people messed up their EPAs from whacking the knuckles with a BFH when the EPAs were powered up. I guess it can cause a shock or a power surge that can mess up the EPAs.
