Default Turbosmart Kompact BOV issues

I recently bought a set of second hand BOVs from a buddy who traded his truck in. They only had 400 miles on them. The issue I'm having is that it seems only the passenger side BOV is opening under normal driving. I have noticed however, under heavy load (full throttle), the driver side will open. Aren't they both supposed to open at the same time no matter what the boost?

Troubleshooting I've done: I've taken the driver side apart, cleaned it, re-lubed it, and put it back. I've inspected the vacuum lines and everything seems fine. I've tried adjusting them to no avail. Lastly I decided to swap them from driver to passenger. What I noticed when I did this is that it was still the passenger side that was opening and not the driver side. This tells me it's not the valves but maybe my truck?

Can someone point me in the right direction here? I'm getting ready to just take them off my truck and sell them. I really don't want to though because I love the sound!

Only thing it could be is the solenoid that activates the bov. Try swapping it with the other side and see if that works.

So I tried swapping the valves and the problem remained on the driver side. Is the solenoid you speak of where the vacuum line from the bov ties into?

Yes its a black block with a small 2 wire harness plugged into it. Theres a solenoid for each bov

So I swapped the solenoid and it still sounds like it's only coming from the passenger side. Is this just how they sound and nothing is wrong at all? I can't be the only one to experience this ever.
