Unhappy 2012 EB rough idle and no power at startup

I recently purchased a 2012 F150 EB 86k miles. I had the transmission recalls for the PCM reprogram and the lead frame connector completed. Since I was having crazy issues with the tranny. There is also the vacuum pump "extended warranty" if it fails. That has not happened. 3 Times now both cold and warm startup, I start the truck, I put it in gear and there is NO power. Wont even move, won't rev, nothing. Its really shaky and feels like its searching for air or fuel. Each time, I turn off the truck and restart it. After a longer than normal cranking time it fires up, coughs it out and the problem is gone. Is there any way this could be related to the vacuum pump? It does somewhat feel like it could be a large vacuum leak. Or has anyone experienced this? Also I have terrible fuel mileage barely 11mpg with a leveling kit and 33" tires.

How many miles? Have you scanned it for codes? Any aftermarket parts?

Fill out your signature line so we don't have to ask this in the future.

It's ok. under the usercp tab you can find a link to edit signature. It just makes it easier to diagnose issues in the future. You can see my signature below each of my posts. Just gives my trucks features.

First thing I would check are your spark plugs. If they're original, you're overdue for a change as the eco tends wear through them faster than Ford says. Check to see if there is any carbon tracking and that your gap is around .030. If you do replace your plugs, don't forget the boots too. They're cheap and easy to replace since you're already in there.
