Default Timing chain specs

Hey guys. New to this forum.
I was wondering if anyone has replaced the timing chain in their truck yet?

I have a 2011 F150 4x4 5.0L. I I tore the engine down to do a head gasket and one of my goons in the shop moved my stuff around and messed up my timing and wiped the paint marks I made off.

So I'm trying to retime to cams and the crank. Right now I have the crank at TDC on the compression stroke but can't find anywhere where the cams degree angle should be.... Any suggestions?

Here is a pic of the timing chain orientation and an R&I pdf of the timing components.
You probably got it all figured out, but here it is for anyone else's future reference.
