Default SC Tunes..VMP,BRenSPeed or MPT..??

Getting my Roush Stage2 kit put on this week..I have a 2013 SCrew 5.0. I read that the tunes that come from Roush are ok and they retain factory limiters like speed tops out at the OEM setting of like 99...and same for rev limiters and throttle response...so I am going with one of these great aftermarket tuning guys. Any of you with the Roush kit...which tuner guys did you go with! Input be appreciated. I am going to use MPT down the road since they said I need to data log some info...but VMP Said they got a tune that I can use out of the Box safely..but need to data log also to be safe which I understand! Dont want to blow this thing up! Any of these guys trust worthy with thier tunes? Lmk guys! Thnx.

Hey, not sure if it will help you out but...VMP tuned my 2000 5.4 with a Procharger. We did a 9psi tune with 42lb injectors. Justin was great to work with and had me sorted out after a few sessions. His first tune was very safe and left a lot on the table.

He also tuned my buddies 2006 Mark LT 5.4 with a Roush blower. The stock Roush tune was not very good and then he had it Tuned by Troyer. Obviously Troyer moved on to other things and the tune wasn't quite right. He is very happy with the VMP tune as well.

My Eco is tuned by MPT and they seem to know what they are doing. Only one revision from them.

Maybe EngineerMike can chime in, I think he is running a non-Roush tune.

What tune did you go with, and how's it holding up. Have a '14 RT570 in desperate need of a tune.

Hey...I went with VMP! So far great guys to talk with..with thier base tune they gave me...I went to dyno it while I used to datalog also which they wanted me to do. Safest way to do it. Anyway I got 477WHP. I need to go back since I got a revised tune after looking at my logs. Truck runs strong! No traction off the line! Lol..and lights the tires at a 30mph roll. Fun! I did other upgrades too..so hoping for close to 530-540WHP. On the next dyno sesion. 👍🏻
